I approach interior design from a different perspective than what you might expect. As obvious as it seems to me, I don't know any other design professionals who do what I do, which is:

I design from the perspective of how the brain receives, interprets, and processes visual information.

Relying on reason, analysis, and logic when working on a home interior project actually OBSTRUCTS the average homeowner from creating an enduring, nurturing environment.

I anticipate that many potential clients may have varied expectations about what working with a pro designer is like, let alone what working with ME will be like. To that end, I have included PAM'S TOP 3 DESIGN TRUTHS that I always share with potential and new clients.

1. EVERYTHING IN A DESIGNED ROOM HAS A JOB

The job of each piece is NOT to 'wow' you, in and of themselves,

but to work in conjunction with the other components in the space

so that the WHOLE environment will 'wow' you.

2. THINGS DON'T NEED TO 'ADD UP' (or even make sense) TO BE 'RIGHT'

Analysis, logic, and reason are actually OBSTACLES when it comes to creative problem-solving!

I teach clients how to tap into non-verbal communication and access the more creative areas of the brain.

This is an IMPORTANT step in my process, as it provides genuine insight into what clients sense

as nurturing. The more we access the info, the better adept the client becomes at thinking

in those terms. As a result, the choices they make in creating their home interior are IN ALIGNMENT

WITH THE SOUL and no longer rooted in trying to make things match (or buying sets). The clients

will not overthink, or continue making fear-based decisions (AKA: playing it safe).

After all ... no one wants THAT kind of energy as the foundation of their home interior.

We want energy that "speaks" to you that will manifest YOUR PERSONAL SANCTUARY.

3. THERE'S A REASON WHY I AM THE LEADER IN THE DESIGN PROCESS

I always ensure that a client's needs are addressed in every design I draft.

Because I EXCEL in creative problem-solving, it's inevitable that I will find and/or create

a number of valid design solutions that the client wouldn't have been able to consider, otherwise.

I strive to surpass client expectations ... because (initially) they do not see what I see.
